1. Go to your side menu and make sure "night light" is off. This reduced the blue light your screen makes (which keeps you awake at night). By reducing the blue in the screen, the screen looks warmer and takes a yellow colour.
2. Alternatively, if that doesn't work you might have an OLED screen. OLED panels are known to produce a "warmer" white colour, which look like it has a mild tinge of yellow. This is due to the way OLED panels make the colour white, its a side effect of the technology that produces the best blacks.
3. If it is really yellow then it could be a panel defect, you might want to take it back. If it is a very slight yellow, then it is just the normal OLED panel.
