Does my HP laptop have a keyboard light?

Hi,

You need to provide the exact model or product number as dq1xxx  is for a whole series of notebooks.

Model number

 

You can also tell if it has a backlight by looking if it has the backlight symbol on the F5 key

If it does not have that symbol or similar symbol, you do not have backlight on machine.
