Product: Hp Envy 15m-ee0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Please tell me there is a way to keep my keyboard backlight from turning off every 15 seconds. This computer is perfect in every way except that. I have tried to find a way to adjust this in the BIOS, but the "Advanced options" tab was not there. There has to be something in missing. I don't need to conserve battery because I'm generally plugged in.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to keep the backlight always on and unable to find the option to change it.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

If the option is not available in the BIOS then you will not be able to keep the keyboard backlight always on and it is by design.
