Hello!
I see that HP 450 G4's are supposed to have a backlit keyboard.. maybe I don't know how to turn mine on but it doesn't have that "keyboard sign" on any key.
How to turn it on or does it even have the backlit keyboard as stated in the product specs?

If your notebook has a backlit keyboard function, there will be a hotkey with a symbol as I pointed to in the image below.
Actually, it is unlikely that a FreeDos model will have that function. It is quite a barebones edition.

If you don't see a hotkey symbol like in the image there is no backlit keyboard.
It makes no difference which OS is loaded.
The symbol lets one know that a keyboard with the extra connector for backlighting is present.

What is the product number or prodID on the bottom of the notebook?

It has all those specs, thankfully. I hope it works well for gaming too.
I think it's just the backlit keyboard what it's missing.. is the keyboard still the Premium HP keyboard or.. not?
