Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Dear everyone,

 

Lately,  I have been experiencing the laptop stopped and the screen appeared "your device ram into a problem and needs to restart.  The stop code is BAD_POOL_CALLER.

I tried to search for help through Microsoft and did not succeed it overcoming this issue.  I tried to update the Windows but it did not help. 

Thank you for your kind assistance and suggestion in advance.

According to this site, that error is the result of a corrupted driver.  Finding the driver is the trick.  Restart in Safe Mode to see if PC can boot.  Here is a guide

its been happening since i got the laptop. i had the warrenty for a year and the IT team tried to help me even when i said to send a new laptop, but they insisted its fixed. In the middle of my remote work this issue happens. Its due to thier update. How to fix without paying 51 dollars?
