Product: Spectre
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use Bamboo Ink styluses successfully on my HP Envy touchscreen 2 in 1.  However when I am not successful using the same pens with my Spectre touchscreen 2 in 1 laptop.   I have looked at the Wacom site for drivers and they indicate the Spectre is not a supported Tablet.  

 

Any suggestions on how to get the Spectre working with Bamboo Ink

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  
To get the answer to this question, it's a compatibility issue with a stylus. However, if your model features a touch screen, it is still compatible with a passive stylus. Passive styluses do not require batteries, do not have any configurable options, and do not use specific pen software. Click here: https://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/hp-pen to shop one from HP store.
