Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently updated to windows 10,most of the drivers are inbuilt but i coul not find any beats audio and touchpad

drivers ...

 

 

please help!!

Hi,

 

Download and reinstall the Realtek HD Audio software package on the following link - this will also reinstall the Beats gui.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72139.exe

 

When the reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook.

 

The latest Synaptics touchpad software for your notebook is on the link below.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81501-82000/sp81891.exe
