Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ed0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I apologize if this is on the wrong board; I couldn't find a category that best fits my situation. 

 

I have an HP Envy x360 Laptop and a corner of the outer shell has bent, causing the corner of the screen to crack. I took my laptop to a repair service provider recommended by HP (Ubreakifix) and was told they didn't have the proper parts to make the repair and that my best option would be to send the laptop to HP to be repaired. How would I go about doing this?
