Product: HP Pavilion 15 - au183sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I have a HP Pavilion for 4 to 5 years. One day, it dropped on the floor during my college project and an black area appeared on the bottom of my screen.

 

It did not appear on an external monitor because I have tested with Print Screen. Can someone diagnose this issue and how to fix it please?
