So here's what actually happened with my laptop. Last night, when I was about to sleep, I was about to shut down the laptop however, the shutdown and restart button have orange dot which said that when i shut it down or restart it, it will also update. Then, I remembered the warranty that I shouldn't do updates, therefore I picked the sleep mode button and went to sleep. When I woke up in the morning, I tried to turn on the laptop however, it still won't turn on. So, I thought that it was just drained and need to be charged. So, I charged it and wait for a couple of hours. About 4 hours later, I checked the laptop again and trued to turn it on but it still won't turn on. That's why I asked you about it, what could be the problem. Then, after knowing that the capslock blinks once everytime then pauses, you suggested that I should hold the power button for 15 to 30 seconds by which i did. However it still didn't turn on. So, I contacted the seller of the laptop which is a technician and consulted him about the problem. He just said that it's due to the sleep mode button that i pressed that caused the interruption of the update. However, there was no update happening yet when I pressed the sleep mode button so, how come? Then, he said that he would help me later at 6pm. 6pm came, I contacted him again. But when I tried to turn on the laptop, it turned on. So I used it immediately to check if there was something wrong. After around 30 minutes later, in the middle of my video call on facebook, it turned off again and won't turn on no matter what. So, I contacted the technician once again and he said that it was because of the sleep mode button that I pressed that caused the software to malfunction. Is he perhaps correct?
