Hello! I have an issue with the hp envy 360 15 laptop. I recently turned it on during regular use and found that the screen was black on start up and stayed that way regardless of how long I waited. I connected the laptop to an external monitor and it was actually working fine and displaying image on the connected monitor through HDMI but when I disconnected it, it went back to displaying back on the laptop screen. I am wondering what I can do to fix it. I have tried a few things already like reconnecting the battery, rams, and resetting the bios. I am running out of ideas as I fear the only thing that might work is replacing the lcd monitor cable, which I don't even know how to get. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
