HP Pavilion 15 Notebook

Hi! So let me just cut to the chase.

So I was just on my laptop about 3 weeks ago, and I decided to shut it off all the way and head to bed. When I woke up in the morning I found out that the laptop will not boot up, although the power button appears to be on. I've look throughout the internet, and most people say hold the power button for 15 seconds - 2 minutes. I did everything people told me to do, Hold the power button, Press the Win + B button and hold power for 3 seconds, downloaded BIOS check onto a flash drive and plugged it into my laptop, no luck. Here's how the laptop is looking right now

Power LED turns on, but no fans, no lights (except for when I plug in the charger and the power LED), and no sounds.
I've headed to Best buy and they just jumped to the conclusion that the laptop motherboard is messed up and I need to pay them to replace it. Classic.
