Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptops screen stays black when I turn it on. I have connected the charger and tried to power it on. I have attempted to do a bios update by pressing windows + B and power button to attempt to start it. What are other possible solutions?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the Black Screen issue. 

 

Please try these steps - HP PCs - Computer Does Not Start

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
