Hi, my hp laptop product number is K2P14PA#ACJ and I am having a black spot on screen and now it has grown big plus yesterday.  Help me please!! . Help!!

I reviewed your post and I understand that there is black spot on the screen.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

 

BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88501-89000/sp88925.exe

 

Graphics: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72501-73000/sp72727.exe

 

If you continue facing the issue, then boot to BIOS by tapping the F10 key after restart and check whether you are able to duplicate the issue on the BIOS screen.
