@Sanket_7, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
What model HP Notebook are you using?
Connect an External monitor and check if you still have these Black lines.
Go to the BIOS screen and check if the lines persist.
- Shutdown the computer using the power button.
- Power the computer back on.
- As soon as you press the power-on button, immediately begin Tapping the F10 button to access the BIOS screen. Check for the Black lines.

What happens when you access the BIOS screen? Do you see the Black lines?
Did you also check with an external monitor?
and What is the model of Hp Notebook you are using?
Please provide the required details to assist you better.

Thanks for the response. If the Black lines appear on the BIOS screen as well as the external monitor, this could be a possible hardware failure, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options:
1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
