Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is a horizontal black line across Laptop screen but does not show on external monitor.  What has caused this problem and how do I fix

This is an internal display damage issue and laptop display needs to be replaced, 
I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options for this computer.
