I tried to do a hard reset on my laptop, but after it failed I just have a black screen after I login.

My profile picture on the login screen also disappeared.

I can still use commands like Ctrl + alt + delete and I can also use stuff like task bar etc. But thats it.

I would be happy if someone know what to do.

If you can fix the hard reset problem that's good too.
