Hi Team,
could you please provide a suggestion for the below problem? All the below statements are related to a single hardware- Black screen issue HP U28 4K HDR monitor 1Z980AA
1. When I switched on the power for this monitor/switch on, it shows nothing but a black screen.
2. When I power it on, I see continuous amber light at the right bottom corner of the monitor. I don’t think that my monitor is in sleep mode.
3. I tried connecting different HDMI & DisplayPort inputs to this monitor, still the monitor won’t show anything.
4. I tried changing to a different computer still the screen is black.
5. I tried pressing osd menu at the back still can’t see anything on the screen.
6. I tried this basic recommendation of holding the power button for 30seconds it didn’t work either
any possible suggestions to fix this will be really helpful.
