Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Just after upgrading to windows 11 my front facing camera completely turned black. I went to best buy and spoke with geek squad who couldn't figure anything out except that it seems the internal camera shutter may be fixed and suggested I contacted HP. Without any luck of finding a phone number without paying for tech support, I am trying this way. The computer just ran out of warrantee and is just over a year old. I have checked for updates, checked the driver, installed and uninstalled. Not sure if anyone else has any other suggestions, or even a number for HP?
Thanks!
