Hello,

I know to turn on my PC and it boots up to the login page.

I can then enter my code, the PC loads and then I get a black screen.

When I run the system test via the HP option (F2 when booting up), it loops over the "extended memory check" item.

Do you have a solution for me?

Thanks for sharing the details.

 

>Go To Task Manager>Services>App Readiness>Right Click and select 'Open Services'>App Readiness> Right Click and select 'Properties'> Start-up Type: DISABLED

 

Then select STOP from running and Reboot.
