I recently got the HP Spectrex360 as a Christmas gift from my dad. I have had it for nearing a month now and for the most part it has been smooth sailing. However, in the past couple of days whenever I plugin or remove my headphones the screen flashes black with a white horizontal line in the lower right corner (doesn't go more than a pencil length, and only about 2cm in height.)
I thought I had solved the problem by changing my battery setting which was recommended on similar threads. I thought this had solved my problem but it hasnot. I also checked to make sure all soft wear is up to date as well which it is.
I'm extremely lost on what I should do. If it is an easy fix then I would love to continue using it but at this rate I see my self returning it to best buy 😞

@Izzy0992 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that when you plug in the headphone and remove it, the screen goes black.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
If you haven't, please try an alternate monitor to understand if this is either a hardware or a software failure.
Please uninstall the graphics drivers and reinstall the drivers. Also, update the BIOS.
Please click the below link to download the drivers.
