Product: HP stream 11 inch
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I was restarting my laptop and after saying it was restarting for 20 minutes the screen went black. Now screen is black it won't turn off ( the power button light doesn't do anything) and it doesn't recognize when the charger is plugged in please help me this is my only computer for school.

Thanks for the update. If you can, you might want to check your BIOS firmware version to see if it might need updating. This is one of the top issues reported here for the Stream laptops and I wonder if it might be something that has been corrected in the latest firmware. I have a Stream 11 and have not had this issue.
