Product: Envy

I have an HP Envy 15t-w000, the screen is black but I can hear the fan boot up when the computer boots up. The caps lock is blinking twice and the volume indicator is a solid orange light. Is there any way to recover my computer? There is no removable battery as far as I know. I've tried to restart it but it didn't fix the issue. Any advise on home to fix it?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows and the caps lock light is blinking twice.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Did you do a BIOS update recently?

Did you do any Windows updates on the computer?

 

If the caps lock light is blinking twice, it means there is some issue with the BIOS.

 

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and roll back to the BIOS to the previous version and check if it helps.
