Product: HP Envy TS m6 Sleekbook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When ever I start up my computer, all of the usually sounds and LEDs come on but the screen stays blank, I am able to hook it up to an external moniter and perform all of my usual activities on it, i have tried to upgrade the bios, do a hard reboot and install new graphics drivers, if anyone with valuable information could help, it would be greatly appreicaited.

Seems like a display panel or display connection issue.

Get it checked by authorised technician. May be you need to replace part that is faulty.

Hello, could you clarify as to what the display panel is? That sounds a lot like the screen but i am dumb and do not understand
