HP — 15-ra048ur
  • My HP-15ra048ur laptop OC10 has a display issue. I turn it on, a characteristic sound is heard, the charging and power-on indicator work, but the screen itself remains black. the discrete graphics card did not start before. Help solve the problem, please. in an authorized service they said that they did not know what happened to my laptop and could not help me. the laptop refused to return, citing the fact that they have a mess at the workplace and they cannot assemble it for return. a year ago there was the same problem with the screen. then, under warranty, my laptop was rebuilt and it worked. I count on your help as this is my only source of income in such a difficult time.
