Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0045au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have purchased hp envyX360 last year after just 8 months touch stopped working at the middle of the screen. Just one month after expiring the warranty period i saw a tiny bubble like shape on my screen and i tried to remove it but the screen was cracked just after i removed that bubble.

I have registered my device to hp care they bought a new display but now the screen is not responding. This was  brand md new laptop just after 1year the device is showing serious issue.  Now i have a question in my mind r u guys selling damage products or hardware is weak?
