Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d1 (53F50AV)

My laptop screen been shown black window start from 23 Oct 22, received this laptop on 14 Oct 22, reinstalling window 11 on 23 Oct, 28 Oct by HP online consultants and resolved on same date.

 but start on yesterday, even is reinstalling or reformat also unable to workWhatsApp Image 2022-11-05 at 12.38.03 PM.jpeg
