Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I noticed a small black spots in the video or the picture output from my laptop (Hp Spectre x360, 13). The screen display 

itself is OK but this appears only when I use the camera. How can I solve this issue. Thanks in advance!
