Black thin horizontal lines on Laptop Screen

Problem: In my Laptop Screen, black thin horizontal line is apperaing now. Could you please tell me why it is visible and provide me the solution and please find attachment of issue.black lines

Sorry, we're not HP Tech Support and without being able to examine the screen in person, there is no way we can definitively tell you why this is happening or what hardware needs to be replaced.

This could be (1) scratches to the screen, (2) dying pixels on the screen.  Not able to tell from a picture.

To find out for certain, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center and have them examine the PC.
