Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I am running a brand new Spectre x360 with OLED display.

From time to time I change the setup (e. g. connecting a 2nd display or switching from tablet to laptop setup) while the Spectre is switched off. When I power it up, it gives me a blank, black screen. (I can see that it is essentially running from the flashing LEDs next to the Hello camera.)

Only a hard reboot pushing the Power button for ten seconds will help.

When I change the setup while the system is running, it is no issue.

Any ideas, anyone?

D.

Hello @Praveen196, updating the BIOS was the first thing I tried so F.13 is already installed.

I understand your concerns.

In that case, I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option.

They will help you.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Or you can contact the local service center.

Have a nice day!!
