HP Laptop PC 15-dy2000 (2D115AV)

(Pictures Below) There is a blue dot above a short horizontal line on my screen. It doesn't appear in some backgrounds, but it isn't supposed to be there no matter what as this is a new device. It was sent off for supposed repairs after several chats lasting hours, but upon receiving it back (after having to pay $15 for expedited shipping or it would be gone for up to 2 weeks), I saw scratches/gashes on my laptop, a scratch on the mousepad, and the image in the display is still there. None of the scratches were there before sending my device off, so this shows how little they care for peoples' products for which we paid our hard-earned money! They want me to send it off again for the scratches and gashes to be repaired and will also attempt to fix the blue image (again), but this makes me very angry. I only want a fully functioning device with no defects (as that is what I expected when I purchased a new device); this is not an unreasonable expectation or request! I need this device for school, too, and this is wasting time. I told them it must be a hardware defect, and I saw the same issue in another community post some time ago. PLEASE help me report this situation and get help. I'm so upset I'm considering contacting the media, a lawyer, and whoever else because this is utterly ridiculous and frustrating. If I had known this would happen, I wouldn't have purchased this and would not buy another HP product again. I will not recommend them either!
