Given the date of your post, I would have expected someone to respond to it before this -- but since that has not happened, I will take a shot at it ...
You should only be using drivers from HP, not from AMD. If you are trying to force the installation of drivers from AMD onto your laptop, that will most likely not work -- because AMD does not have current Windows 10 drivers for the HD chipsets.
