Product: HP Chromebook x2 11 inch 11-da0000 (323K5AV)

I can pair and connect my Bluetooth mouse to my new Chromebook, but it doesn't  move the cursor or any of the other normal functions. There's nothing wrong with the mouse - it works fine with my Windows PC. Any suggestions?
