I have tried more than five times to turn on my Bluetooth pen and connect with my laptop, but the Bluetooth couldn't recognize the pen and cannot find whether the pen is turned on or not. I have charged my pen fully there is no button except the right click and select.

HI @Vi306,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your Bluetooth pen isn't being recognized by your laptop, even though it's fully charged and you’ve tried various times to connect it, here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Check Bluetooth Pen Compatibility:
- Ensure that your Bluetooth pen is compatible with your laptop's operating system and Bluetooth version. Check the pen’s user manual or HP website for compatibility details.
- Make sure you have the correct drivers or software if needed for your specific pen model.
2. Ensure Bluetooth is Enabled on Your Laptop
- Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
- Ensure Bluetooth is turned on. If it’s off, toggle it on.
- Make sure your Bluetooth drivers are up to date. Go to Device Manager, find Bluetooth, right-click on your Bluetooth adapter, and select Update driver.
3. Charge and Power On the Pen
- Verify that your pen is fully charged. Sometimes, a fully charged pen is necessary for it to be recognized.
- Although your pen doesn’t have a power button, ensure it’s turned on and in pairing mode. Refer to the user manual for instructions on how to activate pairing mode.
4. Pair the Pen
- Consult the pen’s user manual to make sure you’re correctly putting it into pairing mode. This usually involves holding down a specific button or combination of buttons.
- In Bluetooth & other devices, click Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth.
- Select your pen from the list of available devices. If it doesn’t appear, try restarting your laptop and pen, then search again.
5. Check for Interference
- Ensure there are no other devices causing interference with Bluetooth signals. Move other Bluetooth devices away from your laptop and pen.:
- Keep the pen close to your laptop during the pairing process.
6. Update or Reinstall Bluetooth Drivers
- Check for updates to your Bluetooth drivers through Device Manager or your laptop HP support site.
- If updating doesn’t work, uninstall the Bluetooth drivers via Device Manager and restart your laptop. Windows will reinstall the drivers automatically.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
