Product: HP EliteBook 830 G8 Notebook PC (26D48AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My webcam is very blurry and full of noice. I know HP's standard is not like this, and this is too bad.
I've tried reinstalling windows, up&downgrading driver, try with some apps, etc. Now I need the real solution.
My notebook is HP Elitebook 830 G8, Win 11 24H2, the webcam is Sunplus IT HD Camera.

Hi @raihansujaya,
Since reinstalling Windows didn't help, let's check the basics:
- Make sure the privacy shutter is fully open, and clean the lens with a microfiber cloth (fingerprints are a very common cause).
- Improve the light in front of you; laptop cameras get noisy in low light.
- In Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Cameras > your camera, reset brightness and contrast to default.
- Install the latest camera driver and BIOS for your model from https://support.hp.com/drivers
If the image is still blurry in good light, the camera may be defective. Check the warranty: https://support.hp.com/check-warranty
