Hi All,

 

Need some help with my HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13t-aw200.

 

This was my 1st worst experience with HP products, very pity that warranty expired 2 months ago and it got problem for such a costly premium laptop.

 

The screen is over lapping with previous screen images and horizontal blurry lines on the screen.

 

Kindly request any suggestions, so far what was done:

1) Checked the Bios, The screen seems have the same blurry image

2) Connected monitor with the HDMI using Type-C adapter, Screen is clear and fine.

3) Tried turning off Bluetooth and Wifi , no result

4) Tried Bios downgrade, No luck same screen.

5) Hp Diagnosis app wont reveal any problem.

 

As there is no support now, this problem turned to be a big headache and want me think twice for future any purchase of hp products.
