Hi i really need help my Hp laptop was brought this year a couple of moths was working perfectly fine until today yesterday was the last time I used at night when I turn it on the loading screen go through and load perfect but when it gets to the password screen the screen is appears to be blurry and not loading or working at all the mouse move but not the screen please help me fix it.

@Mary_eli, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Connect an external monitor and check if the issue persists.
Access the BIOS screen and check if the issue occurs on the BIOS screen.

Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.

Turn on the computer, and then immediately press the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup Menu opens.

Press F10 to open the BIOS Setup Utility.
By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware issue with the display.
Also, let us run a hardware test.
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- Perform Component Test > Video. Share the result on your next post.
