Bonjour. L'image à l'écran tremble. Ceci a commencé avec les logiciels Word et Excel que j'utilise peux (Sur Word Online, le problème ne se pose pas).

Depuis hier, l'image à l'écran tremble systématiquement. Des fois l'écran devient noir. Des fois ça affiche de la grisaille un peu comme un ancien téléviseur.

Je tiens à préciser que j'ai un autre ordinateur de la même marque, même modèle qui a rencontré le même problème sur Word et Excel.

Que faire s'il vous plait? Ma garantie étant expirée et moi ne résidant pas de façon permanente dans le pays d'achat.

Hello. The image on the screen is shaking. This started with the Word and Excel softwares that I don't use much (on Word Online, the problem doesn't arise). Since yesterday, the image on the screen shakes systematically. Sometimes the screen goes black. Sometimes it displays a grayish color, like an old TV set. I would like to point out that I have another computer of the same brand, same model that has encountered the same problem with Word and Excel. But on this one, the defect previously described is only observed on Word and Excel. What should I do? My warranty is expired and I do not live permanently in the country of purchase.
