8.00GB RAM

 

Using 2 monitors connected directly to the PC

HP Envy 32

HP 24 fw

 

Both monitors randomly go black, not at same time

Did you ever solve this?  I've searched for weeks and updated bios, drivers, display settings, etc.  I even bought a new monitor and have installed all windows updates.  Still random blackouts.
