Hi everyone,
From what I've seen this seems to be a common issue. The bottom left screen on my hp laptop has popped out and no amount of force will get it back in without it breaking. I just opened my laptop screen when it popped out, and this laptop has never been dropped or needed a repair before. I got it in a bit, but it just popped back out. I don't really have the money for a repair and I need it for my work, so any tips to fix it you guys have would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you 🙂

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
This sounds like hardware related issue with the display assembly and in order to fix this issue, your computer needs to be serviced. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance. Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Thank you for posting back.
I can see how that would be difficult. I am glad to know that you managed to resolve the issue temporarily.
However, you can send the computer for repair to get it fixed physically.
If you would like to thank us for our efforts to help you, go to the public post & give us a virtual high-five by clicking the "Thumbs Up" icon below, followed by clicking on the "Accept as solution" on my public post.
Have a great day ahead!

Ok well the bottom right screen popped out this afternoon and actually smashed the screen. It doesn’t work at all since it was touch screen, and the cracks in it now make the touch extra sensitive to that area. It actually sounds like a manufacturing issue, seen as how everyone and their ancestors has dealt with this. I’m in the middle of completing two assignments, and now my laptop is unusable. Additionally, it is a rental that charges $50 a month for 3 years, and hasn’t made it past two of them. I’ve never dropped it, it doesn’t have a single other crack in it, and now I either have to fix it which will cost more than what it’s worth, or buy a completely new laptop. I’m sorry you’re so “low on resources” though, that must be really hard for you.
So no, I would not like to “thank you for your efforts to help me”.
