Product: HP Spectre 15-eb1 x360 Convertible Laptop PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Brand New 2022 Delivered Sealed unit. Fully charged then powered on screen is barely visible with split pixels but mainly just black. Sadly this second one I've purchased for my daughter and Art student. First one lost in shipping. I did the basics reset. I'm not a total geek. But I own 2 Envy 360 That I bought for my twins. For graduation in 2016 and they're still 💯 Is this covered under warranty. Please advise. All comments welcomed. And thanks in advanced
Brand-new out of the box screen display is black but some low colored pixels in the lower screen. I've ordered 2 New Units. The first disappeared in shipping. $2000 plus. For my youngest daughter an art student. Disheartening to say the least. Layman's Terms. It Looks like a broken plasma from 2000. Is this covered under warranty. My warranty is good 12-31-21 thru 2-3-23
