Brand new HP Envy Laptop, can't find any touchscreen drivers

I just got a brand new HP ENVY 13-ah0051wm.

It's supposed to have the touchscreen working and I tried a lot of solutions that I found online, but none worked.

I tried going to device manager and looking for the HID - Compliant Touch Screen Driver, but couldn't find it there.

What can I do to solve this?

Why you need driver ? It should work when you opening the box. Did you play around with it ? Please try

I need the driver because I cannot find it in my device manager, and I'm guessing without the driver the touch screen won't work.

What box are you talking about?

I got the laptop one week ago, didn't play around with it or do anything. I just tried to use the touch screen but it never worked.
