Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Using this laptop for my daughter since school is now all at home.  Just got this computer for Christmas and never needed to use the camera until now and realized it's not working.  She has to do zoom meetings with her teachers and I can't get it to work in Zoom or just using the camera app.  Why?

Camera is not working at all!! Camera does NOT even appear in the Device Manager list!! Please help!!!

Bought this Laptop (HP Envy x360, Corei7) a few months ago in November, but never needed to use the camera function until this COVID-19 work-at-home change has taken place, and now we need this camera to work more than ever - frustrating, for such a new Computer!!

HP: Please HELP!!
