Hello!
Today I purchased a new HP EliteBook x360 1040 G8, which when checked on the HP Warranty website turned out to have only 5 months of remaining warranty on the HP website and has a white spot in the lower right corner.
As a loyal fan of the brand, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product - I did not expect that a new laptop could have a spot on the screen.
I tried all the options given in previous topics for extending the warranty, but without success.
Is it possible to extend my warranty and what do you suggest for the spot in the right corner of the screen - can the laptop be replaced with a new one or should only the screen be replaced at an authorized HP service center?
I am attaching photos of the spot on the screen and I can also attach photos of the purchase documents if necessary.
