Elitebook 8460p
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased a refurbished HP Elitebook 8460p that runs on Windows 10. The brightness keys (f9 and f10) don't work but the other f keys do.  I have found other post with this problem but the fixes are out of date. Surely, there is some way I can access the hot key drivers to fix this annoyance.
