After setup my pc-

1. I cannot find Brightness function.

And brightness shortcut key- F2,F3 don not work. I tried very hard but failed....please help me to solve brightness problem.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the brightness keys are not working.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you able to adjust the brightness from Windows?

 

I recommend you download and install the HP Quick Launch software from the below link and check if it helps.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp56501-57000/sp56929.exe

 

If you continue facing the issue, then make sure all the Windows updates are installed and test.
