Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4W0AV)

screen brightness automatically increases in idle or working condition. although auto brightness settings are off. when i press "ctrl+v" or Y or T button brightness start increasing. it decreases when I press F2 but when I call off my finger from F2 button brightness raise again. this happening from more than one month. 20 days back it solves automatically but problem is back again. i tried multiple solution approach Like display adaptor or set off at chanced brightness based on content but fail. Brightness slider is continuously present on screen.  if anyone went through this problem please share your troubleshooting steps.
