You're not following my instructions...😊
What is the next step after you download the zip file?
Unzip the graphics driver file to its folder. Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Not in the instructions is to how to unzip the file because I assumed that everyone knows how to do that.
To unzip the file, right click on it and select Extract All.
That command shows up as the third item on the list when you right click on the file.
I just went into the knowledgebase article and added that step.

Ok please don't lose patience with me. I am still stuck at this part.... browse to the unzipped graphics driver folder>Graphics>iigd_dch
I don't see or know exactly what I'm looking for. If I'm looking for the unzipped folder (igfx_win10_100.7463) or Graphics or iigd_dch I can't find any of those in the "browse"
I did unzip it

OK, so you unzipped the driver file into its folder and that folder is in your Downloads folder.
Then you go to the device manager.
Click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category.
Click on the graphics adapter listed there.
Click on the driver tab
Click on Update driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software, and then at the bottom of that window, are you selecting the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer step?
You have to select that option.
Then you browse to the unzipped driver folder, Graphics>iigd_dch, click Next, and the driver should update.
