Window 10 to win. 8.1recovery after day i face my notebook brightness is not control
It is too high. I install all necessary driver but not working. Notebook brightness hot key
not working

There are no W8.1 drivers for your notebook.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this W8.1 Intel graphics driver works for your notebook:
21.20.16.5164
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp112001-112500/sp112227.exe
Try manually installing the driver if the auto install method doesn't work.
