Product: HP 2000 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My brightness cannot be adjusted anymore in control panel or by the keyboard buttons. I have read other suggestions about going to the device manager but everything says its enabled and up to date, yet it sitll doesnt work. Thanks!

Hello ashleych,

 

I can recommend a graphics driver or hotkey driver but I need a more specific model number. I'm assuming it's an HP 2000-xxxx Notebook PC series laptop but there are 35 different laptops with the number 2000.
